Ladies Macaroon Class

The event that first inspired 'classy ladies' was an evening course at Chateau Gateaux - a new and delicious french patisserie in St Clements, Oxford - http://chateaugateauoxford.com/

Macaroons were the order of the day - four of our classy ladies came along to learn the tasty methods and secrets of these delightful treats.
After making hundreds of them, we got to take 15 macaroons each home, so that works out at 2 macaroons a day to last a week! Yum.
